At R8DFIT, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of collection for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be free from stains, marks, odours or damage
• Have all original tags and packaging attached
• Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered may not be accepted for return.

Incorrect Size

If you have purchased the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of collection.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available size or request a refund, subject to the conditions of this policy.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of collection.

Please provide your order number and, where applicable, photographs showing the fault or damage.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please check the size and item details carefully before purchasing sale items.

This does not affect your rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. This may include supplements, drinks, personal-use products and other consumable items.

Collection

All online orders are collection only from R8DFIT.

Once your order is ready, you will be notified and can collect it from the gym during.

Please bring your order confirmation or order number when collecting your purchase.
