Learn the correct movement techniques and form that we use everyday in class. The movements performed are very dynamic and if not performed correctly can cause injury. By doing doing the beginners course it will give you a great introduction to our facility and teach you the basics.

You will learn:

- Correct movement techniques

- Correct form

- Squat

- Deadlift

- Front squat

- Back squat

- Hang clean

- Power Clean

- Snatch

- Wallballs

- Kettlebell swing and snatch

- Strict and push press

- Jerk

Fitness level required : None

2 classes over 2 Saturdays (2 weekends)

Duration : 1 hour 30 mins per class

This option allows you to train in a smaller group, it could even be you and your friends.

If you'd like to join a class without a membership, we have a drop - in option. Upon entering, the coach will assess your form for safety purposes.
